The Role
You will own
- Staff the floor — hire from a 65-applicant pipeline, train the team, and terminate decisively when standards aren't met
- Run the systems — configure and maintain the CRM and dialer, own data hygiene and reporting
- Lead every day — run daily huddles entirely in English and coach reps directly from call recordings
- Drive the numbers — quality assurance, appointment show-rates, and closed remote deals are your scoreboard
- Enforce the standard — an English-only floor, every call, every rep, every day
You must bring
- Proven floor leadership with verifiable references — reference checks are a mandatory gate
- Fluent English — all communication, coaching, and reporting is conducted in English
- Hands-on dialer & CRM configuration experience — you build it, not just use it
- A show-rate track record — you can explain exactly how you measured and moved it
- Decisiveness with people — comfortable hiring fast and letting go faster
- Bonus: merchant services, payments, or BPO floor experience
